We don't want to see the PAINS in SMEs Malaysia:
 Bosses always struggle with headaches on IT-related matters, especially when the projects close to the deadline.
​ Bosses or end-users always come to us when their hard drive is corrupted, Operating System is crashed, data has been hacked or the IT equipment had been flooded.
​ Whenever end-users had any IT-related issues, they had no source to search for their helping hands, this matter only brings up when we were assigned to manage their IT-related matters.
​ Whenever customers have a new business or plan to improve market awareness, don't know all the problems can be resolved by using social media marketing.
​ Projects have been delayed or on hold or canceled whenever the customers’ IT equipment has problems during busy schedules.
​ Increase in electricity bills, not environmentally friendly, increase in human errors, lower of productivity, drop of sales.
